AN APPEAL

The situation in Orissa, continues to be volatile and sensitive with incidents of fresh violence and attacks on the Christians and Christian institutions continues unabatedly, for about a fortnight now. Violence  and  atrocities  on  Christians  has  now simmered  to  other  States  in  India.  The  whole Christian community in India are alarmed, perplexed and disheartened.

The immediate  need is  the  relief for the innocent victims, Rehabilitation of people, Rebuilding of  houses, churches and institutions,  and  Peace Conclave to manage the conflict and crisis through inter-faith interventions.

We appeal to uphold the victims  in  your prayers and extend your support.   NCCI works and co-ordinates through the Utkal Christian Council in reaching to the victims of  Orissa.
